The Hormone Health Clinic provides specialized consultations for women’s health, with a focus on perimenopause and menopause care. These services are delivered through both in-person and online consultations, depending on availability.  

 

2. Online Consultations

 

2.1 Booking and Payment

- All online consultations require full payment at the time of booking.  

- Payment can be made securely through the website using the payment methods provided.  

- Confirmation of your appointment will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

 

 2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling  

- Appointments can be rescheduled with no additional charge if notice is provided at least **48 hours** prior to the scheduled consultation.  

- Cancellations made more than **48 hours** before the appointment will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of £15.  

- Cancellations made **less than 48 hours** before the appointment are non-refundable.  

- If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.  

 

2.3 Technical Issues

- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for online consultations.  

- If technical issues on your side prevent the consultation from proceeding, the clinic is not liable to provide a refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.  

- In the event of technical issues on our side, we will work with you to reschedule your consultation at no additional charge.  ​

 

3. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The Hormone Health Clinic provides consultations to support and guide women through their menopause journey. However:  

- The services provided are not a substitute for in-person medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.  

- Always consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional for urgent medical concerns or before starting new treatments.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

- All personal information provided to the clinic is handled in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**, which complies with applicable data protection laws.  

- Online consultations are conducted via secure platforms to maintain confidentiality.  

- It is your responsibility to ensure you are in a private, secure location during the consultation.

5. Limitation of Liability  

The Hormone Health Clinic is not liable for:  

- Any adverse reactions or outcomes related to advice or treatment plans provided during consultations.  

- Technical failures or interruptions that occur outside of our control.  

- Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical disruptions).
